After years of working in traditional private practice settings, I kept seeing the same pattern: patients would come in with pain, get treated, leave … & then return a few months later with the same problem. Appointments were short, plans were formulaic & most people walked out without understanding how to look after their bodies

The gap wasn’t just about pain - it was between treatment & understanding So, 9 months ago I started jem physio. My approach is simple. Actually listen, treat the person not just the problem & make sure you leave with something useful. Whether it’s a clearer picture of what’s going on, a plan you can actually stick to, or the confidence that you’re not dealing with it alone
